As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of Sprinklr’s platform. You’ll develop robust test automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact releases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and QA documentation.
• Identify platform issues and implement preventative measures for reliability.
• Lead QA initiatives and drive innovation across testing processes.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for quality-first engineering and performance optimization.
• Utilize tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and engage in cloud-based testing environments.
• Actively contribute in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in software testing or a similar QA role.
• Strong programming skills in Java; hands-on experience with Selenium for automation.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, data structures, and OOP concepts.
• Familiarity with SaaS product testing, microservices, and test case management tools like JIRA.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and basic Unix/Linux commands.

Desirable Skills

• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience in performance testing and monitoring tools.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and frequent release cycles.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Docker, and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative mindset.
• Customer-focused and empathetic to user needs and experiences.
