Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate data from various sources (Iceboard, ITSM tools) and integrate them into KUBE.
- Design, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Ensure data quality and correct anomalies (checks in Unity).
- Organize and lead synchronization meetings with control towers.
- Prepare presentation materials (slides) and present part of the results to top management.
- Coordinate information gathering across multiple departments (monthly email requests, follow-ups).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
Profile required
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Power BI (creation, maintenance, optimization of reports).
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and reporting environments.
- Solid understanding of databases and data consolidation processes.
- Ability to identify and correct data anomalies.
Expected Soft Skills:
- Strong synthesis skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Autonomy in managing tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication to interact with various departments and top management.
- Attention to detail and rigor to ensure data quality.
