Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Work with accounting systems such as SAP to manage financial records.
  • Perform reconciliations, manage customer documentation, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Use MS Excel and other Office tools to track, analyze, and present data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Understanding of General Accounting Principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
  • Demonstrates professional ethics, customer focus, and initiative.
