Eligibility
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme :
- You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell
- You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s or PhD degree.
- You need to have less than three years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have valid work authorization for India.
