About the Internship

The Shell Assessed Internship Programme is designed to give students real-world exposure to impactful projects in Commercial, Corporate, and Technical programmes.

• Full day-to-day involvement in live projects aligned to your skills and interests.
• Work in teams alongside experienced Shell professionals.
• Supervision and mentoring with structured performance reviews.
• Mid-term and final assessments, including a project presentation.
• Opportunity to be considered for a full-time role post-graduation.

Who We’re Looking For

Eligibility:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
• In your penultimate year of study (graduating in 2027 for this cycle).
• Indian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative with leadership potential.
