What You’ll Do

  • Query Databases: Leverage SQL to run queries on analytical engines like Google BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, or similar platforms to extract meaningful insights.
  • Data Scripting: Write scalable scripts in Python or R to retrieve or modify data from various API endpoints.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze extensive datasets related to user behavior on ShareChat to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Critical Thinking: Apply strong critical thinking skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and draw conclusions that drive decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and accuracy in data handling and analysis to derive correct conclusions and actionable strategies.

Who You Are

  • Experienced with BI Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Superset, Redash, Metabase, or similar platforms.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), database systems (SQL), programming languages (XML, JavaScript), or ETL frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques to extract valuable insights.
  • Programming Knowledge: Experience in Python, R, or similar languages to support data extraction and analysis.
