Roles & Responsibilities

Intern Responsibilities (Initial Phase)

• Understand and analyze user needs and requirements.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and product data.
• Assist in defining product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with designers to build intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop proof-of-concepts and product features.
• Support product evangelization through presentations to stakeholders.

Full-Time Responsibilities

• Build and ship enterprise-scale SaaS products across multiple releases per year.
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales, etc.) to deliver successful products.
• Drive innovation and growth in Salesforce’s Industries Cloud.
• Collaborate with other PMs with shared dependencies to ensure aligned roadmaps and delivery.
• Champion Salesforce’s Ohana culture by leading through influence and fostering collaboration.

Job Requirements

✅ Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products.
✅ Passion for enterprise-scale product development.
✅ Strong product management, market research, and analytical skills.
✅ Experience working with Agile methodology and APIs.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
✅ Great sense of humor and ability to thrive under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • MBA/PGP (preferably from IIMs) – graduating in 2027.
• Work Experience: 22–60 months in a relevant role.
