Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Information Security Associate (Security & Compliance Analyst) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the security, privacy, and compliance of our infrastructure and products. You will act as a trusted security advisor to our customers, addressing their compliance concerns, supporting audits, and driving process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer-facing documentation, and strengthen our overall security framework.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and prospects to complete security and compliance questionnaires.
• Documentation: Maintain and update security and compliance documentation, including whitepapers and policy references.
• Audit Management: Manage end-to-end customer security audits, ensuring seamless coordination across global time zones.
• Product Feedback: Provide actionable feedback to the Product Management team based on customer security requirements.
• Knowledge Base Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive security and compliance knowledge base for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Training Support: Assist in the creation of security and compliance training programs for internal teams.
• Audit Readiness: Prepare and maintain evidence documentation to ensure customer audit readiness.
• Process Improvement: Drive process automation and improvements using the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.
• Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a cross-functional security team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma in Information Security or Cyber Security preferred.
• Experience (0–3+ years):
  • Supporting RFPs/RFIs for large customers in a global environment with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Managing Application Security & Risk Assessments and Cloud Security Questionnaires.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Security certifications and standards such as:
    • CSA CAIQ
    • SOC 2
    • ISO 27001
    • PCI-DSS
  • Familiarity with Application and Cloud Security best practices.
• Core Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet audit timelines.
