We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role provides a hybrid working model and an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in software development, system configuration, and enterprise solutions. As a GET, you will gain hands-on experience working with diverse technologies, cloud platforms, and cross-functional global teams while contributing to impactful projects.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical and functional specifications based on design and performance requirements.
• Assist in data modeling, requirement mapping, and integration processes.
• Build software extensions and integrations using APIs.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and quality assurance for software deliverables.
• Configure and customize enterprise applications.
• Install and manage development tools and intermediate system configurations.
• Maintain accurate status reporting using DevOps tools.
• Provide client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements.
• Implement, validate, and deploy IIoT solutions.
• Carry out data analysis and migration using ETL processes.
• Work with database technologies and ensure data efficiency.
• Manage requirements and deliverables for multiple clients concurrently.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-cultural teams.
• Contribute to internal tools, innovation, and process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database and MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or DynamoDB.
• Exposure to multiple OS platforms (Linux distros & Windows).
• Understanding of application architecture and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to write technical documentation, functional specs, and test plans.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% when required.

• Ability to meet milestones and deadlines, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
