Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to analyze and document processes suitable for automation.
• Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath and other RPA tools.
• Apply RPA best practices including exception handling, queues, and orchestration.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot production automations and suggest improvements.
• Prepare documentation (design notes, test cases, deployment/user guides).
• Explore GenAI prompts/APIs to enhance automation workflows.
• Work with low-code/no-code platforms and third-party tools for rapid solution development.

Technical Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in RPA/Intelligent Automation (internships or projects count).
• Basic knowledge of UiPath and RPA concepts.
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, or C#).
• Exposure to Git/version control tools.
• Interest or hands-on experience with GenAI APIs / LLM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
