Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the core principles of data modeling and data preparation for visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and architect scalable, impactful dashboards and reports.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time data analysis and business insights.
• Optimize dashboard performance through fine-tuning and monitoring techniques.
• Connect to multiple data sources within Power BI including cloud services, on-premise servers, and diverse file formats.
• Publish and share dashboards while ensuring automated data refresh scheduling.
• Handle complex visualizations and data transformations with ease.
• Leverage SQL (preferably SQL Server) for data extraction, transformation, and report building.
• Understand and implement Power BI user and group-level security configurations.
• Work with ETL tools (preferably SSIS) for data integration and pipeline design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MCA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Service, Gateway, and Report Server.
• Experience in Azure environment and using Power BI in cloud platforms.
• Skilled in creating Paginated Reports using Report Builder and migrating SSRS/Tabular reports.
• Hands-on experience with DAX queries and Power Query M for advanced data transformations.
• Deep understanding of Row-Level Security (static and dynamic) in Power BI.
• Strong command over data cleansing, aggregation, and dataset design.
• Familiar with relational database theories and concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to build custom SQL views and queries for tailored report generation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities.
