Overview:
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Analyst – Business Risk & Compliance to join our Central Business Team. In this critical role, you will act as the key link between the Central Business and Merchant Operations teams. Your primary focus will be on optimizing merchant onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and servicing processes to ensure regulatory compliance while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of risk and compliance policies across onboarding, KYC, and servicing workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and merchant operations teams to align on process and policy standards
  • Design and implement scalable processes to validate merchant KYC documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance
  • Review and enhance existing SOPs for merchant operations to meet evolving business and compliance needs
  • Build systems and mechanisms to validate merchant documents against internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Stay updated with changing regulatory environments and ensure ongoing compliance readiness
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance assessments to maintain regulatory benchmarks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in business operations, compliance, or risk analysis
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and basic SQL
  • Exceptional program and process management skills with a track record of driving execution
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced regulatory environment
  • Strong focus on merchant experience, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
