We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Intern to join our dynamic infrastructure team in Pune, Maharashtra. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students graduating in 2024 or 2025 to gain hands-on experience in managing and scaling production systems, enhancing system reliability, and automating infrastructure processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Support in monitoring and maintaining production infrastructure and services.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python or Perl.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to enhance system scalability and service reliability.
• Assist in incident management, including participation in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the enhancement of internal tools and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Azure is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Exposure to distributed systems like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, or GlusterFS.
• Understanding of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Awareness of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
