Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues within front-end applications through techniques such as log analysis, workflow testing, and user shadowing.
  • Leverage backend tools to troubleshoot by querying databases, capturing logs, updating fields, and cycling servers.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of investigation activities, issue resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize incidents based on severity while balancing client satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and escalation to the appropriate personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, or IT service management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in incident management, problem resolution, and change control processes.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to client support.
  • Willingness to work in evening shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) and provide on-call support as required.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with global teams.
