Junior Process Executive
Primary Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN
Primary Responsibilities:
- Retrieve Medical Records, remotely, from healthcare providers and facilities ensuring all records are obtained in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all US federal and state regulations related to medical record retrieval
- Review medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Utilize electronic health record systems to retrieve and store medical records
- Assists in team building and ensuring teamwork
- Maintain a detailed and accurate tracking system to monitor the progress of medical record retrieval requests
- Communicate with internal teams regarding the status of medical record retrieval requests
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements including software/hardware functionality, testing, and implementation to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data
- Performs Quality Assurance and Quality Control assessments on request
- Identifies areas of potential growth opportunity for the company and any process improvements to reduce issues
- May be assigned other duties, including supporting other departments
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Any degree must be completed
- 6+ months of experience in BPO (Non voice process) with good communication skill
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
- Willing to work in different shifts / Saturdays and on Indian holidays

- Knowledge of US Healthcare Industry

Software Engineer
Primary Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting within an Intranet application consistent with established specifications and business requirements
- Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed
- Predominantly involved in steady state application management and debugging, with up to 50% of time allocated to designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features within Intranet applications

Associate Data Analyst
Primary Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, IN
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage AI/ML model deployments on Azure AI Studio
- Handle incident response, triage, and resolution using Python Scripts, Azure AI/ML Studio, Databricks, Datadog and Azure Defender
- Candidate must be ready to learn other cloud technologies as we are expanding our operations to other cloud vendors
- Deployment of AI/ML Models and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and stable deployments
- Use Postman to test and validate APIs for deployed models
- Manage and configure Azure environments, including compute nodes, pipelines, and Databricks
- Implement and maintain vulnerability management practices
- Work with Jira boards for task tracking, incident logging, and sprint planning
- Analyze and apply RASCI matrices to ensure proper ownership and accountability
- Support workspace deployments and environment configurations
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives

- Solid experience with Python, SQL, Pyspark
- Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models
- Experience with Postman for API testing and validation
- Hands-on experience with Azure Defender, vulnerability management, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, pipelines, and compute node configuration
- Understanding of workspace deployments and environment management in Azure
- Proficiency in Datadog for monitoring and alerting
- Operational Skills:
- Experience in incident management, triaging, and on-call support
- Experience with ITIL or other incident management frameworks
- Proficiency in using Rally, Jira, Service Now for issue tracking and sprint planning
