Primary Responsibilities:

Data Development & Integration:
- Design, develop, and implement data workflows using SSIS to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI / Tableau to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Client & Business Interaction
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
Independent Problem Solving & Execution:
- Act as a “go-getter” by proactively identifying areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions, and driving successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to maintain high service levels.

Continuous Improvement & Learning:
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, tools, and performance across the organization

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF and PowerBI /Tableau in a data analytics or business intelligence role
Experience in Python, Pyspark, Snowflake (Secondary)
Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows for efficiency
A solid understanding of business requirements gathering, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management
Solid proficiency in data modeling, data analysis, ETL processes, and dashboard/report creation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills with a “go-getter” attitude and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
