Role Overview

As a Trust & Safety New Associate in Content Moderation, you will play a vital role in keeping online communities safe and positive. You will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content such as profiles, videos, audio, and text to ensure compliance with client policies. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to internet safety, while gaining hands-on industry experience in a fast-paced global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and/or remove content based on client policies and guidelines.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve flagged or reported content issues.
• Investigate complex cases and escalate matters when necessary.
• Ensure consistent adherence to Trust & Safety protocols.
• Participate in training programs, process improvement initiatives, and team discussions.
• Serve as an advocate for safe online communities.
• Work in rotational shifts as required by business needs.

• Strong comprehension and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Emotional resilience, coping skills, and the ability to manage exposure to sensitive content.
• Awareness of internet platforms, culture, and social dynamics.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO.
• Familiarity with political, cultural, and social contexts of the region.
