Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
✅ Strong understanding of data architecture, data management principles, and analytics tools.
✅ Proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
✅ Knowledge of data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
✅ Ability to translate data insights into compelling stories, engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
✅ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
✅ Experience in financial services and a solid understanding of business impact, risk, and opportunities.
✅ Agile project management experience with a focus on delivering value in fast-paced environments.
✅ Knowledge of C&I (Commercial & Institutional) Business is preferred.
