Role Overview:
As a Trainee Technician – Premium Processing (PP) at Mrald (Mphasis’s dedicated UK insurance operational services delivery arm), you will play a key role in supporting the Premium Processing team. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate premium processing services while adhering to compliance, risk management, and performance standards. This role is based in Pune with hybrid working options (up to 50% remote).
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Accurately process allocated premium data in a timely and precise manner.
🔹 Escalate queries to Senior Technicians when required for resolution.
🔹 Participate in feedback sessions and embrace opportunities for personal development.
🔹 Contribute to achieving SLAs and KPIs by delivering work effectively.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, risk management, and audit requirements.
🔹 Successfully complete assigned training and assessment exercises from Compliance and Training teams.
Skills & Experience:
✅ Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Awareness of the insurance industry and its significance for businesses.
- Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong aptitude for learning new concepts and skills.
✅ Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, especially within the insurance sector.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle diverse business operations.
