This role is a critical part of the Post-Execution process, responsible for supporting high-quality client transactions and ensuring operational efficiency in Private Wealth Management (PWM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle PWM Account Opening processes for clients across the Asia region, ensuring all documentation from Sales teams is reviewed, accurate, and compliant.
• Perform approvals and validate that all required documents are complete before initiating account creation in internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with PWM Business Approvers to guarantee timely processing of account requests.
• Manage Account Maintenance tasks such as address updates and referential data changes submitted by clients.
• Conduct proper checks and validations for Account Closure requests to ensure integrity and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in client onboarding or account management processes within financial services.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent client service orientation, capable of providing value-added support to business units.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk issues, ensure robust controls, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and general computer applications.
