About the Role

KPMG’s Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) team partners with clients to help them manage business and process risks effectively. Our professionals provide comprehensive support in areas such as risk-based internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance, corporate governance, and process consulting. By leveraging our deep expertise, we enable organizations to manage risks, ensure compliance, and achieve sustainable growth.

We are seeking motivated Analysts who will play a key role in executing process consulting, internal audit, and risk advisory engagements for our clients in India and overseas.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of process consulting, internal audit, and risk advisory projects.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and maintain high standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Apply basic knowledge of accounting, audit, and business processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advisory developments.
• Travel to client locations (domestic and international) for assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BMS, BBM, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in audit, risk consulting, or business processes.
• Professional certifications such as CIA / CISA are an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of process consulting, audit, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of analytics tools preferred.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India or abroad.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.

Selection Process

• 2–3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess skills, fitment, and communication.
