🛠️ Role & Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst in GRCS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering process consulting, risk management solutions, and internal audit services. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a career in risk advisory, corporate governance, and internal controls.

• Support and participate in risk consulting, internal audits, and process reviews.
• Deliver high-quality client services with consistency and attention to detail.
• Manage progress, identify risks, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Apply basic accounting and business process knowledge to client projects.
• Stay updated on the latest industry practices and advisory tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad as per project needs.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who:

• Understand fundamentals of risk consulting, internal audit, and business processes.
• Have strong analytical thinking and data interpretation capabilities.
• Possess effective communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Are familiar with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Are open to working in dynamic conditions, including extended hours or tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism, and team collaboration.
• Have a basic understanding of IT systems; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BMS, BBM, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are desirable.
