📌 Position: Analyst – IT Audit & SOX

📌 Location: Gurugram

About the Role:

Shell is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our Internal Audit team in Gurugram. This role plays a critical part in supporting Shell’s audit simplification agenda, contributing to high-impact IT audit activities that drive business value. You will be involved in ITGC audits, SOX compliance, change management, and related audit services, while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Execute IT audit activities including ITGC audits, SOX audits, ISO27001 reviews, and control testing
✅ Contribute to SOP designing and documentation
✅ Assist in change management, incident management, and user access control processes
✅ Deliver high-quality, timely audit reports and project documentation
✅ Support in driving business change initiatives linked to audit simplification and compliance
✅ Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across various organizational levels

Required Technical Skills:

🔹 Practical experience in ITGC, SOX audits, and control testing
🔹 Knowledge of change management and incident management processes
🔹 Experience in handling audit projects in a client-focused environment
🔹 Ability to understand and follow audit procedures with precision

Soft Skills & Competencies:

🌟 Strong understanding of audit methodologies and business processes
🌟 Ability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented deliverables

Qualifications:

🎓 BTech / MTech / MCA / BCA or equivalent
🎓 Strong knowledge of computer systems, security, and audit best practices
🎓 Good communication skills with the ability to manage crises calmly and effectively
