Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our AUTOSAR team, contributing either to Adaptive AUTOSAR integration with customer programs or middleware/product development internally. This role offers extensive learning opportunities in embedded systems and automotive software, allowing career progression into roles such as Tech Lead or Product Specialist. High-performing individuals may also have the opportunity to collaborate with the AUTOSAR consortium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned tasks as per project timelines with high accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project artefacts, adhering to “first time right” principles.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical competencies and domain expertise.
  • Maintain accurate metrics for efforts, quality, and timelines for better process visibility.
  • Conduct self-reviews and actively participate in peer/upstream code reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with development processes and quality standards.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++ programming
  • Proficiency in debugging using Vector tools like CANoe/CANalyzer
  • Ability to understand and interpret embedded systems and microcontroller architectures
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and SDLC

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Linux/QNX operating systems
  • Familiarity with GIT, Gerrit, or GitHub version control tools
  • Solid communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Foundational knowledge of Embedded Systems and Microcontroller basics.
