Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications that meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, analysts, data scientists, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers.
• Build and maintain scalable systems using a combination of open-source tools, cloud technologies, and in-house platforms.
• Apply object-oriented or functional design principles to develop clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Solve business problems through data-driven decision making and advanced algorithmic thinking.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Support and enhance the firm’s trading, asset management, finance, and banking platforms.
• Innovate in areas like data engineering, machine learning infrastructure, and developer tooling.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with concurrency and memory management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments and handle multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies including React, Angular, Redux, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• Interest or experience in trading technologies and financial systems.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
