About the Role – Product Specialist Intern

We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Specialist Interns who are passionate about cybersecurity and client engagement. This role is perfect for final-year engineering students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced cybersecurity startup.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing product-related queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist customers via email, phone, and online meetings to troubleshoot product concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document identified issues and suggest appropriate solutions or enhancements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor and track compliance with defined processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest in cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: Flexible / Remote options available

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech Final Year Engineering students with strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in cybersecurity is a plus.
