Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, management, and workplace analysis across multiple strategic initiatives for a key JLL client in collaboration with the Portfolio & Strategic Planning team.
  • Provide business insights, trends, and actionable recommendations based on advanced data analysis across the portfolio ecosystem.
  • Transform complex workplace data streams into clear, insightful recommendations for decision-making.
  • Compile, validate (QA), and maintain reports, dashboards, and databases using available data resources.
  • Collect, summarize, and identify critical datasets to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of workplace needs for employees and business groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Identify key data sources and manage the aggregation of portfolio and workplace data.
  • Present analyses and insights to stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all analysis and deliverables.
  • Contribute new ideas, research, and develop innovative data sets and dashboards to support strategy.
  • Build and maintain continuous reporting frameworks highlighting key business trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Establish trusted relationships across business lines and act as a liaison for workplace planning and portfolio data.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics, special projects, and strategic recommendations.
  • Tailor and present workplace data insights to specific stakeholder audiences.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with IWMS/CAFM tools such as Archibus, Serraview, Tririga, etc.
  • Background in data management, especially HR/organizational data and real estate/space-related data (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Visier).
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate it into actionable strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong computer orientation is essential.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings for diverse audiences.
