📄 Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Tester to support the end-to-end testing lifecycle of highly complex software applications. Under general supervision, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products by executing both manual and automated tests, documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand business and technical requirements to create effective test plans.
Assist in estimating testing efforts, planning manual and automation test strategies.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases for client implementation and compliance projects.
Participate in test iterations, track defects, and communicate testing results clearly.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts (BAs), consultants, and tech leads throughout the SDLC.
Support issue resolution by coordinating with development and business teams.
Document, track, and escalate bugs and risks appropriately.
Seek support from managers when facing blockers or risks during the testing process.

✅ Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: No prior professional experience required (internship/project work in QA is a plus).
Familiarity with basic testing concepts such as SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and test documentation.
Good understanding of manual testing techniques; exposure to automation is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

📌 Nice to Have

Exposure to tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, or any test automation framework.
Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, or similar)
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
