Position Details

  • Job Title: Executive Assistant (Remote – Night Shift)
  • Location: Work from Home (India)
  • Compensation: ₹45,000 to ₹55,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
  • Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
  • Salary in USD: $3 – $4/hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
  • Write, manage, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Answer calls, take detailed messages, and follow up when needed
  • Perform light accounting tasks and manage expense tracking
  • Conduct HR activities like job posting and candidate screening
  • Organize and maintain the company’s data platforms and digital files
  • Delegate and oversee customer service-related tasks
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and prepare for meetings or conferences accordingly
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working with cloud-based platforms and learning new tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with accountability
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and act with urgency when needed
  • A quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer setup.
