Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify hidden issues and actively contribute to solution brainstorming sessions.
  • Structure and simplify undefined or large-scale problems to enable clear and actionable solutions using systems thinking and creativity.
  • Evaluate solution options by analyzing cost-benefit trade-offs, feasibility, and implementation challenges.
  • Communicate complex data and concepts clearly, tailoring messaging to varied stakeholders to drive alignment with strategic goals.
  • Challenge business decisions when misaligned with broader organizational priorities or long-term objectives.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or service disruptions and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design and delivery teams, both internal and external, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple concurrent projects, guiding teams on best practices in requirement gathering, system design, and solution implementation.
  • Conduct business research and provide data-driven recommendations to support program or project objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis for complex, multi-regional projects within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of transformation practices including process mapping, data analysis, and SQL.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management involving Business, IT, Data, and Operations.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end change adoption processes including communication, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Working knowledge in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets domains.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Python, and business reengineering methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to support transformation changes in Design & Initiation (D&I) phases.
