Job Overview:

As an HR Service Delivery Associate in the Employee Services – Customer Care domain, you will play a key role in addressing employee queries, managing case resolutions, and delivering a seamless support experience. Your responsibilities will contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee queries and manage case resolutions related to HR processes and policies.
  • Deliver prompt and effective customer care through channels such as email, chat, or support systems.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues or complex cases.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines provided by supervisors.
  • Work independently within a defined scope, with decisions impacting your own work.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience (freshers welcome).
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) domain is preferred.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
    • Basic understanding of customer service processes and HR operations.
