Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze financial data, identifying key drivers and trends to make informed recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis for specific functions or business units, supporting critical business initiatives.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reviews, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis using operational insights.
• Interpret and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s financial processes and operational structure.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, providing variance explanations and developing accurate forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, reporting standards, and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
• Contribute to priority projects through research, data analysis, and proactive communication of progress and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates via standardized reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, internal audit, or a similar field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong foundation in accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP applications and other financial systems.
• Competence in data analysis, process improvement, and financial planning.
• Understanding of key metrics such as KPIs, P&L management, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of financial services, investments, and corporate finance principles.
