Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop icons, illustrations, infographics, character designs, and content visualizations based on client needs.
• Create impactful motion graphics, animations, and video presentations using leading design tools.
• Apply strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory to craft compelling and visually appealing outputs.
• Adapt and repurpose designs across various digital media and social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to present, discuss, and refine design concepts.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, digital platforms, and creative tools, including AI-based design solutions.
• Work effectively using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS PowerPoint, and Word.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Sound understanding of visual design fundamentals and digital media applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and similar design software.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills from a design perspective.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to Gen AI tools and new technologies.
• Additional skills in game design, 3D, animation, video/audio editing, or virtual reality (VR) will be a plus.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches with a 4-year degree in:
  • BFA, MFA, B.Des, M.Des, BVA, MVA, Visual Communication (4 years), Mass Communication (4 years), MA/MSc in Computer Graphics, Multimedia, Animation
• Minimum of 50% aggregate in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG (no rounding off allowed).
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Open to Indian nationals/OCIs residing in India.
• Flexibility to work in any Cognizant office location, technology, and assigned shift timing.

Mandatory Documents:

• Updated resume with latest passport-size photo
• Portfolio
• Relevant industry certifications (if any)

For Interview:

• All academic marksheets (X, XII, Diploma, UG, PG)
• Portfolio

For Onboarding:

• PAN card (ensure accurate details for verification)
• Passport/Voter ID for nationality verification

Additional Notes:

• Ensure accurate registration details as changes post-registration will not be allowed.
• The applicant’s name and DOB must exactly match those on the 10th marksheet and PAN card.
