Key Responsibilities

🔹 Coordinate with Overseas Teams:

• Collaborate with international offices for small-scale projects to define scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates and participate in technical clarifications and weekly meetings.

🔹 Project Execution:

• Analyze project documentation, including P&IDs, to define process requirements.
• Develop configuration guidelines and testing protocols for DCS systems, including Dynamo, FP, DT, Batch, and more.
• Perform design, implementation, and testing of control systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Proactively escalate project risks/issues to the Lead Engineer with potential mitigation plans.

🔹 Testing & Commissioning:

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities when required.

🔹 Quality Control & Assurance:

• Implement and maintain compliance with Emerson’s IMS processes and documentation throughout project execution.

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – Instrumentation or Electronics preferred.
🌐 Basic knowledge of networking protocols and concepts is advantageous.
📝 Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
