Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into impactful data visualizations and reports.
• Perform data transformation and modeling using Power BI Query Editor to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Design and implement tabular and multidimensional data models to support efficient data analysis.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations including aggregates, date/time logic, string manipulations, and table functions.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and user experience to deliver insightful, user-friendly dashboards.
• Build robust data models with relationship creation, ensuring data integrity across sources.
• Configure and manage Data Gateway for scheduled refresh and real-time updates.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and understand application-level security models within Power BI.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, filter, and analyze large datasets for reporting.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, investigate data discrepancies, and perform thorough data validation.
• Maintain detailed data documentation for models, logic, algorithms, parameters, and system dependencies.
