Key Responsibilities:
- Indirect Spend Management: Lead sourcing activities for indirect categories with spend up to $5 million, ensuring optimal supplier selection and cost efficiency.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts including Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, Call-Off Agreements, and contract renewals using approved legal templates.
- Supplier Evaluation & Relationship Management: Conduct supplier assessments, manage ongoing performance, and maintain strong supplier partnerships for continuous value delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to gather requirements, finalize sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Spend & Market Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved vendor performance.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sourcing metrics, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Negotiation Expertise: Apply best-in-class procurement practices to independently lead negotiations, achieving cost-effective and risk-mitigated outcomes.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with global category managers and regional heads to align sourcing strategies and optimize procurement pipelines.
- Customer Engagement: Guide internal customers through procurement processes and ensure their satisfaction within contractual SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing for indirect spend categories.
- Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier performance management.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (oral & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Archer, Emptoris) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in categories such as IT (software, hardware, networks, data centers), HR services, marketing, facilities, banking operations, and professional services.
- Knowledge of supplier management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead change, and solve operational issues effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Culturally aware and collaborative in a cross-functional, global team environment.
