We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This entry-level position is ideal for engineering graduates passionate about employee training, organizational development, and corporate learning strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing engaging training materials and content.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of in-person and online learning sessions.
• Help facilitate onboarding programs, workshops, and virtual webinars.
• Monitor and maintain records of training attendance, participant feedback, and completion data.
• Conduct research on emerging L&D trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting training outcomes and analysis.
• Work cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and support training needs.
• Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• Provide general administrative support to the L&D team for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms or digital learning tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently when needed.
• Genuine interest in learning design, employee development, and HR functions.
