Role Summary

As a Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the production teams by enhancing productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will spearhead cultural transformation initiatives and drive actions that align with GE HealthCare’s organizational goals. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and environmental standards while fostering continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support production operations to ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and quality excellence.
🔹 Develop comprehensive training plans to maximize team capabilities.
🔹 Promote and support compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
🔹 Drive the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles.
🔹 Monitor and enhance product and process quality.
🔹 Ensure adherence to the GE HealthCare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and regulatory requirements.
🔹 Complete all assigned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.
🔹 Proactively identify and resolve quality or compliance issues and take corrective action when necessary.
🔹 Maintain accurate and timely records, including Device History Records (DHRs) and production documentation.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
✅ Strong capability to identify and implement best practices, even in ambiguous situations.
✅ Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
✅ Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and work instructions to ensure compliance and product conformance.
✅ Commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.
