Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Engineer with a background in Medical Electronics to support and manage key initiatives in New Product Introduction (NPI), component lifecycle management, and supply chain quality. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for all supply chain-related aspects of NPI programs, driving productivity and ensuring alignment between engineering, sourcing, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all supply chain matters related to NPI, installed base component obsolescence, and quality assurance.
• Lead early sourcing involvement in NPI projects, ensuring strategic supplier selection, component specification optimization, and achievement of cost targets (ICV).
• Drive alignment between engineering, production, and sourcing goals to ensure smooth execution of new product introductions and promote standardization across projects.
• Generate and implement VCP (Value Creation Productivity) ideas to improve cost efficiency.
• Analyze and understand product roadmaps for assigned modalities, and collaborate with Global Commodity Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams to support development and launch activities.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure technological compatibility with supplier capabilities and production requirements.
• Contribute to product simplification and enhance supply chain performance by leveraging strategic supplier relationships to improve productivity, quality, and fulfillment.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Electronics (BE) or a related field
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to document, plan, and execute strategic programs
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
