Job Summary

As an Enterprise Applications Staff at EY, you will play a key role in supporting consulting engagements and internal innovation initiatives. You will collaborate with seniors and managers to deliver high-quality solutions, contribute to client presentations, and apply analytical and technical skills to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

• Contribute to niche skill consulting engagements in Enterprise Applications.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team, sharing responsibilities, and updating seniors on progress.
• Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and presentations for clients.
• Conduct research and analysis to support client deliverables.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

People Responsibilities

• Actively participate in continuous learning and upskilling programs.
• Follow workplace policies and procedures while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Support and assist team members in delivering assignments and innovation initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and strive to exceed client and team expectations.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Electronics & Telecommunications (2025 batch or recent graduates preferred).

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, HTML, ABAP, VB, SQL, .NET.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ACL is a plus.
• Exposure to technical projects in IT/consulting domain.

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet defined objectives.
