Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven entry-level Software Engineers with 0–3 years of experience in software development and testing. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals ready to start their journey in a dynamic tech environment. Selected candidates will undergo a structured training bootcamp to enhance their technical skills. Upon successful completion, you will be assigned to a relevant role in software development, quality assurance (QA), or other engineering streams based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a customized onboarding bootcamp to strengthen development and testing fundamentals
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables with support from senior engineers
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams on CI/CD pipelines and TDD environments
  • Implement feedback to improve platform testability and application performance
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in existing systems
  • Engage in Agile development processes and contribute during Scrum ceremonies
  • Take full ownership of tasks and drive them through the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Help define and meet non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with RDBMS, web services, and microservice architectures
  • Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Passion for building high-quality software and a strong attention to detail.
