About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Apprentice Trainee to join our dynamic DevSecOps team at Eaton. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in DevSecOps tools, platform engineering practices, and application development processes. You will collaborate with development teams to enhance our DevSecOps capabilities, support automation efforts, and contribute to creating impactful reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting DevSecOps tools and contribute to platform engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to evaluate and implement new DevSecOps capabilities.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards for DevSecOps reporting and analytics.
• Work on technical tasks across various work packages within the DevSecOps value stream.
• Support process improvements and drive automation initiatives aligned with best practices.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech (2025 pass out preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jira, and related platforms.
• Basic knowledge of DevSecOps practices and their application in product development.
• Familiarity with scripting, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High learning agility with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Effective team player with self-motivation and a passion for continuous improvement.
