We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our IT team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, especially in testing SaaS and Cloud-based applications.

As a QA Tester, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will play a key role in identifying bugs, validating features, and maintaining end-to-end test documentation to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system and business specifications.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, test plans, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Evaluate software functionality to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Document and track defects and testing phases using appropriate tools.
• Prepare and share test reports with stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation validation testing.
• Coordinate with development, product, and operations teams to maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years in Software QA or Testing
• Experience testing Cloud-based or SaaS applications
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA best practices
• Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps
• Basic knowledge of SQL and test case documentation tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to test automation frameworks is a plus
• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is an advantage
• Experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
