Role Overview

Level: Consultant

As a Consultant, you will take ownership of high-quality software delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile framework. You will design, develop, and implement solutions using the .NET technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to industry standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, support clients in resolving technical issues, and contribute to continuous innovation across engagements.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with client and industry best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high code quality and coverage.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Work across the end-to-end development cycle, including design, coding, unit testing, deployment, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web or application development with .NET technologies.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, Collections, and Generics.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC), WCF, JavaScript, HTML, and ADO.NET.
• Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, IIS, and basic SQL (queries, simple joins).
• Ability to estimate work, debug code, and maintain software quality standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to adapt technical learnings across different domains and industries.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Entity Framework, NHibernate, Linq2SQL, and Enterprise Library.
• Familiarity with AJAX, jQuery, AngularJS, and Silverlight.
• Understanding of design patterns and best coding practices.
• Knowledge of build/configuration tools such as MSBuild, Ant, and MSI creation.
• Strong aptitude for quick learning and being a team player.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Prior Experience

• 1–3 years of experience working with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, JavaScript, Web API, and SQL.
