CTC/Salary:	INR 30K-50K/Month (Expected)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover actionable insights.
• Perform capability testing on modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Support the creation of evaluation frameworks for Agentic Systems.
• Develop reusable data science patterns for Generative AI product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science solutions with business goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, findings, and code for transparency and scalability.
• Commit to zero harm behaviors, contributing to Weir’s industry-leading safety culture.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning principles.
• Proficiency in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• SQL knowledge and exposure to Generative AI technologies are a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Available for a full-time, 2-month internship program.
