Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and processing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to drive solutions for critical fintech use cases.
• Assist in user profiling, segmentation, and behavior analysis to support personalization strategies.
• Take part in the end-to-end ML lifecycle—including model design, training, evaluation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and present insights to business and product teams to support data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python with experience in ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Prior experience in building and deploying machine learning models using real-world datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and handling large-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
