Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Analyst to join our team. This role involves collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making across the organization. You will work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, helping business teams optimize performance and make informed choices. Using data science tools, visualization platforms, and statistical techniques, you will transform raw data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of data science and analytics professionals on the design, development, and execution of data quality and analytics projects.
• Utilize statistical tools and data-driven techniques to identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Apply concepts from statistics, business intelligence, and machine learning to deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization for assigned projects.
• Support experimentation and validation processes aligned with project requirements.
• Document findings, generate reports, and share insights with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing content for reports, presentations, and publications at industry events or for internal knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols while working on data management, analysis, and visualization tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through standardized reports and regular updates.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, database management, or related fields.
• Internship or academic experience in data quality or analytics projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• SQL, Python, or R Programming certifications.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and dashboard reporting.
• Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.

Soft Skills
