Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support the daily operations of assigned departments
✅ Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects
✅ Help prepare presentations, reports, letters, charts, tables, and graphs
✅ Ensure project deadlines are met through efficient workflow coordination
✅ Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy
✅ Maintain and organize project files and records
✅ Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals

Required Qualifications:

🎓 Current enrolment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program
🎓 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
🎓 Strong verbal and written communication skills
🎓 Excellent organizational and time management abilities
🎓 Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
🎓 Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
