Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst – Finance Domain, you will play a crucial role in analyzing revenue trends, ensuring financial data accuracy, and driving insightful reporting. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and technology teams to streamline processes and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive revenue analysis to identify growth patterns and business opportunities.
• Perform P&L attribution analysis, explaining variances and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Carry out Independent Price Verification (IPV) procedures to validate the consistency of financial data.
• Lead data reconciliation efforts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting mechanisms and business workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear technical documentation and specifications.
• Create and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Prepare detailed performance and financial reports for senior leadership review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Prior experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in the finance sector, with expertise in revenue analysis, P&L, IPV, and data reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, data modeling, and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Sharp attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related areas.
• Familiarity with financial systems and accounting platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
