About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Consumption Lending) to join our fast-growing fintech team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute growth strategies for consumer payments and lending products. You will play a key part in analyzing business performance, optimizing campaigns, and driving insights that shape our strategic roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to drive business growth strategies in the consumption lending space.
• Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Work on cutting-edge fintech projects, helping build scalable solutions from the ground up.
• Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations that support decision-making and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Fintech domain knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory).
• Passion for building innovative financial products in a fast-paced startup/fintech environment.
